In this workshop we will take a closer look at the part we can play to ensure a loving and connecting communication. We will learn about our own expectations and reactions within communication to see how we can stimulate a better understanding between ourselves and other people.

I will make sure there's enough coffee, tea and snacks to keep you going, and you just have to bring some pen and paper to make notes.
