Life is a brief happening. And a truly extraordinary one.

Whether you realise it or not: life is a playground in which you are absolutely free to explore in whichever way you want.

But along the way we got distracted. By other people’s opinions and expectations.

By personal experiences that made us believe that "we should be more this and less that"

We’ve all wrapped ourselves up in blankets of memories that influence every move we make. And that’s alright and completely normal. But as conscious human beings we also have the opportunity to take a discerning look at these blankets or layers and decide: do I want to keep carrying these around?

And this is what I call “Unwrapping you like the Gift you are”.

Because once we embark on this journey of unwrapping ourselves, of shedding those blankets of past experiences, beliefs and emotions, you will inevitably move towards that which is truly You.

And you are a Gift.

With talents, values, longings, visions, ideas and ways to contribute to this planet.

And it doesn’t end there. Because beneath all these different elements that make you You, lies a field of endless possibilities, asking to be discovered.

"The sessions with you were different than any other coaching or therapy session I attended before; they were neither pushing, nor blaming but quite the opposite: gentle, and empowering. And yet, or rather, because of that softness and belief in my inner wisdom, these sessions were more powerful and transformative than anything I have experienced so far. The guided meditations through my present and my past, my patterns, and beliefs, my hopes, and my fears, helped me to gently walk through protective walls I have constructed over time. Closing my eyes, listening to your voice, picturing myself, my stories, and my beliefs, you, each time, managed to gently unravel the knots that have formed within me over time, and which have started to block this flow of life, this lightness of being that I was, deep down, profoundly striving for."

Do you recognise yourself in one of these stories?

Perfectionism & Self-Criticism are blocking your creativity, your ability to make decisions that are in line with your longing for growth and from experiencing a deep sense of joy.

Your Sensitivity & Ambition to live this life fully (whether work or personal life related) cause your mind or body to go in overdrive. You find it difficult to find a balance between pushing yourself and self-compassion.

You’ve gone through a period in life in which those things that are not in alignment with you have been moving away from you and here you are: A new beginning. But the direction and clarity are lacking and it’s making you feel overwhelmed, unsure and unable to move.

You’ve come to a point in life where you are starting to ask the question: But who am I actually? What makes me happy? What are my talents? Perhaps you’ve spent most of your life focusing on other people’s well-being, neglecting your own. But you’ve made the decision that this is your time to shine. Time for a new beginning.

Time to live.

"Tessa's free, intuitive, sometimes impulsive and challenging approach enabled me to embark on the journey in a completely different way. It required feeling into myself more than thinking about myself as before. It also meant less avoidance, more confrontation with not-yet-knowledge and questions that then drove me again. At the same time, Tessa also had a sense of pause, of the balance between challenging oneself and letting yourself be, without motive, coming to rest.
The journey enabled me to really understand connections, imprints in me, physically, emotionally, not just to know about them, and to be able to deal with them in a self-determined way. All this was possible thanks to Tessa's supportive and encouraging guidance, which was always more of an offer than a request, and thus left room for me to decide for myself, but also demanded this again and again. But besides work, it also meant a whole lot of fun! Joining Tessa's curiosity, her perception and also questioning of all our must-dos is fun because it is liberating. Thank you for this experience!"
