Becoming Present
FREE WORKSHOP
In 2 hours time you will learn how to move from over-thinking and being stuck in your head, to being present so that you get to enjoy your time off after work.
Most people know that over-thinking, worrying and ruminating isn't helpful - that in fact it's only costing your energy and joy. But they simply don't know how to change it!
-
Instead they spend their time after work with their minds ruminating on their work while being with the people they love. Not being able to focus on their passion projects or to truly enjoy the time spent doing sports or being in nature.
-
They catch themselves over-thinking or worrying and on top of that they judge themselves by thinking: "Why can't I just stop this, it's so silly!".
-
They are consumed by their fear to make a mistake, or to one day be caught for making a mistake - which causes them to feel tense at work, afraid to share their opinion or to do things differently.
-
At the end of the week they are relieved it's Friday and they finally have the weekend off. But on Saturday morning the thoughts are already creeping back in, knowing Monday is right around the corner.
Sounds familiar?
That gap between where you are (working over-hours in your head) and where you want to be (actually moving through your day with calm confidence and ease), it’s real.
And it’s time to bridge that gap. Not someday. But now.
This is where I love to come in because it can be so much easier, softer, and yes... a lot more fun.
What those who came before you are saying:
"Thanks to Tessa, my energy has shifted—I feel a newfound sense of freedom and ownership over my life."
Kristen - Manager
"I feel so much lighter ans self confident, at the same time really often so excited, that I have a feeling of a butterfly zoo in my stomach :)"
Jasmin - Entrepreneur
"I feel more confident. I'm able to express my boundaries in my relationship, with my family at work. And because of that I experience more joy."
Ans - Executive Secretary
"The journey enabled me to really understand connections, imprints in me, physically, emotionally, not just to know about them, and to be able to deal with them in a self-determined way."
Eva - Psychotherapist
You see, we don't need you to be even harsher on yourself.
Nor do we need you to write down 10 arguments as to why rationally you shouldn't over-think or worry.
And we definitely don't need you to judge yourself even harder for all that you experience.
What is needed is to understand the mechanism behind over-thinking and to create an internal shift that allows you to actually feel at ease at work.
So let's dive into this, in the FREE 2 hour workshop on Tuesday the 18th of November from 7pm - 9pm CET on Zoom.
Only 8 spots available!

From my own experience as a psychologist, empowerment coach, entrepreneur, yogi and human being (let’s not forget that last one ;) ) I can tell you that the 1 thing that has brought me the greatest joy and freedom in my life is “simply” becoming present.
Still not sure if you want to join this workshop?
Imagine this:
-
Being fully present, enjoying every precious moment with your loved ones. Or jumping on your bike after work feeling wildly free (you even forgot it was a working day). Taking a big hike on the weekend fully enjoying the beauty of nature. Or simply cuddling your cat on the sofa.
-
You'll start to move from being stuck in your head to actually feeling inside of you what you need to be able to fully be Present in the moment. Because now you understand the mechanism that is causing you to over-think.
-
You'll begin to embrace any situation as it comes to you, without judging yourself for how you experience it. Bye bye critical voice in your head, hello freedom!
-
You’ll leave with at least one simple, embodied practice you can use right away to ground yourself, calm your thoughts and return to presence whenever you need it.
Think of this workshop as a new beginning.
A simple invitation to pause, regain clarity and feel present within yourself again.
You don’t need to work any harder or achieve something here.
Just come as you are and the rest will reveal itself.
