How it Works

Where do you want to start my dear?

You can choose any topic that feels most relevent for you right now.
And if you're not sure, you can always begin at the beginning: The FREE From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion workshop.

Each workshop reflects one of the 12 themes that we work with in the Becoming Present Mentorship. As you might have noticed, not all 12 themes are there yet. So keep an eye out on this page as the libraby will slowly be growing throughout the year.

When you click the download or purchase button, you will be led to a third-party website where you will find all the information you need about each workshop.

​

Generally they will be around 1 - 1.5 hours long and once you've gotten access to it, you will be able to come back to it whenever you want.

This will allow you to move through this journey, in your own pace.
