During this 2 hour meditation walk through the Grunewald forest you will have the chance to experience the calming and restorative effect of the forest, without being alone.

About the Event
Do you also notice how amazing and recharged you feel after walking in the forest? This effect can be even greater if you truly bring your attention to the environment and out of your head. But easier said than done right? Usually when we walk with other people we like to talk (or perhaps we even feel obliged to talk) and won't notice the forest that much. But during this walk it's all about being silent together and enjoying mother nature.
How does it work?
🌿 We will gather at the S-Bahn Station Grunwald at 9:45am.
🌿 We'll start walking at 10:00am to the first spot where we will do a short meditation to calm down our minds and become more aware of our surroundings. After this our silence will start and I will guide us through the forest.
🌿 Half way we'll take a short (still silent ;) ) break to have some snacks and drinks after which we will continue.
🌿 We will finish the walk with a love-bomb meditation after which the silence is over and we'll walk back to the S-Bahn Grunewald station again.
🌱 This event is donation based. At the end of the walk you can donate whatever you feel is right for you.
🌱 Please be aware that we will start walking at 10:00am and cannot wait for other people since there's no list with contacts. It's up to you to be on time.
