This month as we dive into the topic of Women’s Health we will be looking at the cycles of our wombs and our attitudes towards our blood initiations: our Menarche (first period), Menstruation, Pregnancy and Menopause. How were we initiated into these rites of passages; what were we taught to expect before we experienced them and what does our bleeding (or lack there of) mean to us now? Through sharing our experiences, we will explore how we are viewing and caring for our female bodies as individuals and as a society.

Women who no longer have a womb or who never had a womb are warmly welcome to share in this circle.

This circle will be cohosted by Caitlin Erica. Caitlin is a birth Doula, working with women through pregnancy and childbirth. She is also an event producer and looks forward to facilitating women-centred events in 2020.
