We all have to deal with change at some point. Whether it's a new job, a breakup, moving to a new country or the change of the seasons. But somehow change can seem difficult to handle. 

So during this first Women's Circle I will tell you about change from a coaching perspective: what is change, what does it mean, how can we learn to deal with it? During the second part you are all invited to exchange your own experiences and learn from each other.
