About the Circle:

We'll start with a grounding and connecting meditation. I'll introduce you in the topic of Tantric Yoga where we will talk about Shiva (male) and Shakti (female energy) and how these play a role in any relationship. 

We'll have time to share all our questions and experiences with regard to Conscious Relationships and hold space for each other. Finally, we'll finish with a gratitude meditation to close the circle.
