During this evening we will be working with our own energy, through dance, movement and meditation.

I will guide you through a process in which we will awaken our bodies and stir up energies that are stuck inside of us. Through dancing and shaking (and some twerking) we will put the emotions in motion that are asking to be released.

This will all take place in a wonderful, safe space surrounded by other beautiful women.

It will be an intense but beautiful ride that will leave you with a sense of peace, clarity and beauty.

Practical information: 

- A ticket is €15 

- There's a maximum of 9 tickets available.

- Doors will open at 19:45, we will start at 20:00 

- Wear something comfortable and loose, shoes are not needed. I promise you it will get hot and sweaty. 

- Please bring a yoga mat/large towel if you have one. 

- This event is not suited for pregnant women.

- We finish the session with a little tea round in which we can share our experience.

COVID regulations:

The space in which the Dance Meditation will take place is big enough to host us all, while keeping mroe than 1,5m distance. In case the event needs to be cancelled due to new regulations, participants will get their money back or keep the ticket for the next session.
