In this highly intense dance meditation we will use the power of dance to let go of all that we don't want and need anymore.
Let's come together to shake things up and bring back energy and joy in our lives.
Please wear comfortable sports clothes (we will get sweaty). Make sure to have a yogamat + something warm to put on for the relaxation in the end. You'll receive another email with practical tips and writing prompts for preperations, as well as the link to Zoom on the day itself.
